The industrial endoscope must be checked and calibrated before use, so as to improve the accuracy of future inspection. If they are used rashly, it may bring unpredictable losses. Talking about the inspection before the calibration of endoscope.
1. Observe the external surface of the endoscope under sufficient illumination. The surface of electroplated parts shall be smooth without scratch. The surface shall be uniform and uniform in color. There should be no obvious scratches, burns and obvious cracks. The surface of spray parts shall be smooth and even in color, and the bottom shall be free from blistering, peeling and cracking.
2. The lighting point is in the normal working distance. The white board is placed on the end to be measured and illuminated by the immersed transmission light or the light source of the endoscope itself. Observe from eyepiece or naked eye. Lighting points should fill the field of vision without obvious light and dark areas.
3. Under the normal working distance, the direction mark of the field of view light bar (applicable to the optical fiber endoscope) shall be placed on the measured end, illuminated by the immersed transmitted light or the light source of the endoscope itself, and indicated by the eyepiece and the arrow of the field of view light bar. The direction of the direction mark shall be above.
4. Place the white board on the tested end at the normal working distance, where degumming or mildew occurs, immerse the light source in the transmitted light or endoscope for illumination, and observe with naked eyes from the eyepiece or monitor, without obvious degumming or mildew.
